It Is Necessary for Management?

Nature plays an important role in the management and their careers. Some leaders deal with its content and meaning, and therefore a great job and career opportunities. We all know nature as we see, but few leaders know what it is. Do not know what the exact role in the achievement of results. Do not know what plays the character of his career.

But the nature of the career breaks. For example, the most important functions of leadership is a sign of trust in humans. People who see that the leader of a character has serious defects, apparently does not believe that a leader do not warm to take measures that recognizes that the leaders of the expectations. On the other hand, leaders with the confidence of the people can convince them to meet emergencies.
Our character, our symbol engraved into something permanent. We can form mannerisms, but we need to chisel our character. Of course, we have with them on a stone or a sheet metal bearing our "nature". Constant is the sum of the features and functions that our apparent individual nature.

The final character must be addressed is of course our own. Our personality affects our leadership, and through our leadership, our work and careers. We know that much harder for our own nature in our nature to see others. At this point is pointless to try to understand what your character is. You just have to realize that for the purpose of leadership, your character is made of values and reflected in the relationship.

Look at the character of the leaders you described. Probably described values - or lack of.

The values that you admire in the leaders you have chosen? This could include honesty, integrity, perseverance, compassion, wisdom, simplicity, sincerity.
To help you to read the introduction to Marcus Aurelius' meditations, which the stoic philosopher and Roman emperor (AD 121-180) describes the nature of the people who influenced his own character. His description of Maximus illustrates my meaning:

"From Maximus I learned self-government, and not lead to nothing and cheerfulness abolished in all circumstances and in disease, and the impurities in the moral character of sweetness and dignity, and to do what was for me without complaining. I have note that everyone thought that he thought as he spoke, and that everything you never had no bad faith, and he never amazement and surprise, and never in a hurry, and never have the thing take off, or confused, or printed, and even he never laugh disguise his vexation, nor on the other hand, is still passionate or suspicious. He was accustomed to acts of charity and was willing to forgive and be free from lies, and he has the appearance of a man that can not be inferred from the right, rather than the man who was better. Nobody can think that was despised by Maximus, or even dare to think himself a better man. The art is also funny in a reasonable manner. "
Choose five character values that you admire in particular the leaders you described. Then those values are the triggers for action in your leadership of the one after the other. In other words, you have five action-value attributes that can help determine the method of administration.

For example, say that one of the leaders you described Maximus, and he said that his character included glee (it's the value!), Dignity, honesty, generosity, sincerity, never have, and always ready to forgive. You can choose "always ready to forgive, but you can choose any combination of the others.

In other words, think of someone in your area executive’s gripe you may have someone injured or were injured, and take action. Find the person and that are willing to forgive. “See what happens. Do not expect a particular result, just that one character and nature they are about what happened.

This is just one example of how the character in character actions. Choose an arbitrary character. Make sure that the described property, and that is something you want to emulate. This allows you to begin manifesting a character in his day-and equally important, you know that the speech - and that is the vast majority of the leaders not.
